- “Expert” means an independent third-party service provider offering Sessions through the platform.
- “User” means an individual who books or participates in Sessions.
- “Personal Information” / “Personal Data” means information relating to an identifiable, living natural person, as defined under POPIA.
- “Processing” has the meaning given in POPIA and includes collection, storage, use, disclosure, and deletion.
3. Who May Use the Services
The Services are strictly intended for individuals aged 18 or older.
We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Information of minors. If we become aware that Personal Information of a person under 18 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

Depending on whether you register as a User or Expert, we may collect:

- Profile photo
- Account login credentials (encrypted)

4.2 Payment and Transaction Information
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider Paystack.
We do not store full payment card numbers. We receive limited transaction information such as:

Paystack processes payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:
